Initial Inquiry
We are happy to discuss with you your intended plans for a loft conversion.

We will ask you some basic yet fundamental questions to ensure that first of all a loft conversion is suitable. We will provide plenty of good, sound, practical advice – it's our pleasure.

Personal Visit
We will then arrange to survey your property and discuss your needs in detail.

At this point we will gladly provide a FREE estimate and loft design service.

Preparing Plans And Local Authority Approval
At this stage you will have agreed to go ahead with the conversion, and so the 'real' work begins...

Agree A Date To Start
Once the relevant approval has been granted we will agree a date with you to begin the conversion – with the minimum of fuss.

New Loft/New Room
Approximately eight weeks from start to finish.
